Orders to the United States normally ship by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Very small or light orders may ship by First Class mail instead. While this doesn't usually affect delivery time, if you have a strong preference for Priority Mail on a small order (such as something that could fit into a large, flat envelope) do let us know.
Insurance is included for orders over $50. Insurance is available on smaller orders for an additional charge of $1.50.

Orders to Canada normally ship by Regular Air Mail due to restrictions on Priority Mail packages entering Canada. While Canadian orders are usually delivered quickly, please allow for a delay of up to two weeks for customs clearance. Please inquire if you require insurance on your package. Shipments including spices or packaged food products, such as marshmallows, generally arrive safely to Canadian addresses (our restriction on food products does not apply to Canada).
Shipping Policy - Other Destinations
We gladly ship to international destinations. You can either submit your order using the shopping cart or email us directly with the items you are interested in and your location. Shipping for your order will be calculated and an adjusted total will be emailed to you. We accept PayPal payments, bank drafts and international money orders in U.S. funds (no personal checks for overseas orders, please - they confuse my bank : ).
We apologize, but we cannot ship food products overseas due to shipping and customs regulations. While it may be possible to ship packaged marshmallows or other food items to your country, we simply don't have the intimate knowledge of customs regulations that would make this feasible.
International shipping prices will be provided upon request and will be the actual shipping cost of your order. The minimum charge is $6.00. International orders are normally shipped by U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail, unless an alternate shipper is requested. Insurance is not generally available for international orders unless sent by UPS or DHL (which are more expensive) or by any expedited (such as overnight) service. (Some insurance coverage is automatically included for packages sent by Global Priority Mail to Europe - please inquire if you would like details for your country.) For additional security with the U.S. Postal Service, you may purchase registered mail coverage, which requires a signature for delivery, but does not include insurance. Registered mail service is about $8, in addition to actual shipping charges.
Most international orders will be delivered wthin 7-15 days, though we cannot guarantee any time frame unless expedited time-guaranteed shipping is purchased. Tracking numbers are not provided by the U.S. Postal Service, except for expedited shipping. If you require expedited, insured or tracked shipping, we can ship via alternate shippers such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. If your order is large, I would strongly recommend using one of these services, as overseas packages sent uninsured/without tracking do occasionally disappear. If your package does disappear, I will work with you to try to find it as best I can, but I cannot offer refunds for uninsured packages that do not arrive, as this is wholly out of my control.
Although most international orders (particularly orders under $50) do not incur customs charges, any customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Regulations vary from country to country - we cannot estimate possible customs fees, though we would be happy to help you learn about regulations for your country.

A note about our shipping charges: We try to provide the best possible shipping experience for our customers, and find the tier system to be the most convenient way to calculate shipping charges. We don't consider shipping charges to be just another way of making money; our goal is to have our shipping charges balance our actual shipping costs over the course of a year. If your order is particularly light, and you feel that the minimum charge is excessive, please contact us before you make your payment and we'd be glad to discuss it and adjust your shipping charge if feasible.
